Shipping fees will be charged as agreed with the costumer.

Delivery Times

When the customer places an order, an estimated shipping and delivery date is provided based on the availability of the items and the selected shipping method. The estimated shipping date is also indicated during the order process. The customer can check this information in the order confirmation email. If the order contains multiple items, it is advisable to check the availability of all items.

Upon delivery, please:

1. Check the conditions of the package at the time of delivery. If you notice any anomaly, you must indicate on the delivery man’s tablet the note: “UNDER RESERVE” and indicate the statement.
